How long does the production cycle take?
Regular products are available in stock. Customized products have a production cycle determined by the order quantity and complexity. The delivery date will be clearly stated when the order is confirmed.
How long is the warranty period?
We provide a one-year warranty period. Free repair or replacement is offered for non-human damage; paid repair service is provided for damage caused by human error or force majeure.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For regular products, orders of 10 pieces or more are accepted. Smaller orders can be negotiated. For customized products, the MOQ will be adjusted according to the complexity.
Which payment methods are supported?
We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer), L/C (letter of credit), PayPal, and others which can be negotiated according to your specific requirements.
